Super Heroes is an innovative company dedicated to creating the best fighting game experience on Roblox. We are seeking talented and driven individuals in the field of design to strengthen our team and contribute to the further development of our Super Heroes universe. As a member of our design team, you will not only have the opportunity to contribute to the current success of our Super Heroes games but also be a part of our ambitious plans for the future.

We are a rapidly growing company within the Dutch Game Garden and are looking for talented individuals to grow with us. Your talent will contribute to our success and drive the development of innovative gaming experiences. Our headquarters is located in Utrecht, where you will work alongside eight other colleagues from five different disciplines.

Design Intern

What you will do at super heroes:

  • Become an essential member of the design team, actively supporting creative processes and projects.

  • As a designer, you will be involved in drafting the GCD & GDD.

  • Map out the game economy of the game.

  • Develop a combat design system.

Desired Skills:

  • Communicate directly and openly and excel in conflict resolution.

  • Have high standards for respect and value teamwork.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills (English is a must).

  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.

  • Good skills in organizing workflow, prioritizing, and time management.

Requirements:

  • 3rd or 4th-year student.

  • Proficiency in English at C1 level.

  • Game Design principles.

  • (Bonus) Level Design.

  • (Bonus) Experience with machination.io.

  • Available for a minimum of 5 months or longer, starting from February 2024.
