We are a rapidly growing company within the Dutch Game Garden and are seeking talented individuals to grow with us. Your talent will contribute to our success and drive the development of innovative gaming experiences. Our headquarters is located in Utrecht, where you will work alongside eight other colleagues from five different disciplines.

Programmer Intern

What you will do at super heroes:

  • Work with Lua to create games in the Roblox ecosystem.

  • Assist the development team with an in-house toolkit.

  • Take responsibility for the systems you create.

  • Collaborate directly with multiple teammates.

  • Have the time to set up and expand high-quality systems.

  • Contribute to the development of systems for game design.

  • Learn coding standards and workflows within the game industry.

  • Create or expand custom extensions for Roblox Studio (plugins/tools).

Prerequisites:

  • 3rd or 4th-year student.

  • Proficiency in English at C1 level.

  • Ability to structure and justify system choices.

  • (Bonus) Knows code principles.

  • (Bonus) Knows design patterns.

  • Available for a minimum of 5 months or longer, starting from February 2024.
